Day A: Tatio before dawn and Moon Valley in the afternoon. The $45.000 listing serves breakfast around 08:00 and drops you at the hotel 11:30–12:00. Moon Valley is picked up at 14:00 (summer 15:00–15:30). You get a two-hour window in town — enough if you do not stack a third tour at midday.
Day B: Piedras Rojas only. Eleven hours on the altiplano. Do not add Tatio (both leave before dawn) or Moon Valley (you are back at 17:00).
That is why the calendar says 3 days: arrive the afternoon before (Tatio picks up at 04:30), do Tatio+Moon Valley, and leave Piedras Rojas for the other day — or the other way around.
